Primary research on migration patterns, corridors, driver conditions, and the lived experiences of workers and families — generating data that is currently missing from public policy.

Labour Market Research

Analysis of informal labour markets, wage patterns, working conditions, and employer practices — providing evidence for policy reform and industry engagement.

Technology Solutions

Developing and testing digital tools for worker registration, grievance redress, scheme access, and service delivery — with a focus on low-literacy and low-connectivity contexts.

We prioritise research approaches that centre the knowledge and voice of migrant workers themselves — not just about them, but with them.

Actionable Outputs

Every research project is designed with a clear audience in mind — whether government, CSR teams, NGO practitioners, or the workers themselves. Outputs are formatted for use, not filing.

Open Access

Where possible, we publish findings openly to contribute to the broader knowledge base on internal migration in India.

Technology Testing

We pilot technology solutions in real field conditions before recommending them — with particular attention to usability in low-digital-literacy environments.
