We support migrant workers through access to information, services, and opportunities — before migration, at destination, and on return. This includes helplines, worker resource centres, and community-based information campaigns on rights and entitlements.
We promote education continuity and child wellbeing for children in migrant households — whether left behind in source communities or moving with families. Our work spans school enrollment, learning support, child protection systems, and digital access.
We create pathways to decent work through demand-led skilling programs, recognition of prior learning, and employer linkages. We focus on workers transitioning from informal to formal labour markets, with particular attention to gender equity.
We generate evidence on migration patterns, labour markets, and social exclusion — through primary research, corridor studies, and technology pilots. Our research is designed to be actionable: formatted for governments, funders, and practitioners, not just archives.
We mobilise governments, employers, CSR partners, and civil society to work together — and invest in the capacity of frontline organisations doing critical work. Our partnership work includes CSR program design, NGO mentoring, and multi-stakeholder platform convening.
